A $4 hit on the credit card

It appears that many people have a Wilson Parking story. In my case, I parked in this company's carpark in Murray Street, Perth, near the junction with King Street, from 4.58 to 6.41pm last week. When I paid by credit card at the machine, I was charged $17 when, according to the sign, the cost should have been $13. To exit the carpark, the docket with the transaction details is retained by the boom gate control unit, so there is no evidence I could present to prove I was overcharged.
