No phone for five months

I am a Homeswest tenant in Mosman Park who has been without a phone service since January.

Optus, my "service provider", says it is not its responsibility to fix the line, and the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman agrees.

Optus continues to charge me line rental for a line that doesn't work, and for a dial-up internet service which I can't use at home.
