More mystery over phone charges

I bought my grandson a mobile phone for use in emergencies or crises.

I have received two telephone accounts from Telstra and in both of them my grandson has received unsolicited messages from Netsize.

The first account was for $94 and the current one for $66.

When I questioned my grandson he had no idea what I was talking about. The phone account says "Purchase".

I am so angry with this Netsize mob. What is purchase? He has not called them, he does not know about these things. I have no idea about these things. What are they?

So I dialled the numbers they suggested and said STOP! Well, no chance of that happening. It's streaming on to his phone again.

I need someone to help me. I cannot afford to pay this moronic lot any money because my grandson has not called.

He never will call or request any service. He doesn't ring anyone. He doesn't even turn on his phone but there it is, on my phone bill.
